Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to support busy Christmas periods in-store. You will help customers find gifts, provide friendly service and process purchases at tills or self-checkouts. You may also assist with stock replenishment and deliveries, keeping the store neat and welcoming.

The role is temporary with potential longer-term opportunities depending on local availability. The weekly pay rate ranges from £13.02 to £15.10 per hour, across selected London locations, and is a

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
