Job summary

Boots is hosting a Seasonal Customer Advisor role for the Christmas period across selected locations in London. The role is hourly and paid weekly, with rates from £13.02 to £15.10 per hour.

You’ll be at the heart of the festive shopping, assisting customers, stocking shelves and delivering great service in a fast-paced store environment. You'll welcome customers, handle purchases, support deliveries and ensure the store looks its best.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused and enjoys helping customers have a great experience.
• Team player who supports others and cares about team success.
• Operations ready with ability to balance customer service with stock, fulfilment and store tasks.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of tasks.
• Resilient and positive during busy periods.
• Energetic and able to stay active during long shifts.
• Confident asking for help to get things right.
• Comfortable with technology and using handheld devices, tills and self-checkouts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Provide friendly, personalised service to create memorable experiences.
• Assist with purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep store and shopping areas looking their best.
• Work across store areas and support the team as needed.
