Argos is hiring a Customer Advisor in Penrith for a fixed-term assignment. The role involves delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor and at the collection counter, assisting customers, and helping with online orders.

The position is part-time (15 hours per week) with a closing date of 30 October 2026 and ends on 2 January 2027. You’ll work at Penrith Store (CA11 7FG) earning £13.23 per hour with eligibility to UK rights to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the shop floor, at the collection counter, and via website screens.
• Collect products from the stock area for customers.
• Assist customers on the shop floor, answering questions and offering product advice.
• Build knowledge about products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
