Job summary

Boots in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts, enjoy great offers and complete purchases during the festive period. This in-store role combines customer service with stock replenishment and delivery support, in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You will welcome customers, provide personalised service, operate tills and self-checkouts, and keep shelves looking their best.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
• Customer-focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.

• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
