Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor in the UK to help customers find perfect gifts, enjoy great offers, and ensure smooth store operations during the festive period.

You’ll be the friendly face guiding shoppers, delivering personalised service, assisting with tills and self-checkouts, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries. The role is fast-paced, temporary, and teamwork-driven, with store-wide priorities shifting during peak season.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend, Cyber Monday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
• Customer-focused — enjoys talking to people and helping customers have a great experience.

• Operations ready — comfortable balancing customer service with stock, fulfilment and shop floor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and help organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas look their best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
