Barchester Healthcare is seeking a passionate Bank Chef to support our kitchen teams across our homes. This casual, part-time role focuses on fresh seasonal cooking, resident wellbeing, and maintaining high standards without long shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare high-quality, wholesome dishes from fresh produce.
• Create a warm, efficient and enjoyable kitchen environment.
• Work within budget and assist with stock control.
• Complete regular audits and maintain standards.
• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver quality meals.
