Qualifications

• Personable and warm with residents' wellbeing
• Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent
• Experience leading a kitchen team
• Strong understanding of nutrition and HACCP

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in managing the kitchen in their absence
• Prepare dishes using fresh seasonal produce to high standard
• Create warm, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment
• Work within budget and control costs
• Complete regular audits of quality and portion control
• Assist in stock management and ordering to minimise waste
