Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in absence and manage kitchen operations.
• Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh seasonal produce.
• Create a warm, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Work within budget and control costs.
• Complete regular kitchen audits and stock control.
• Assist in leading and motivating the team.
