You’ll manage mise en place, service and close down, support Commis Chefs and work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure seamless service while upholding Hawksmoor’s standards of quality, sustainability and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie with fresh food
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Calm, focused and able to work in busy services

Responsibilities

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
