Hawksmoor is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a section and deliver dishes to the restaurant's exacting standards. You will work with fresh produce, balance technique with organisation, and support junior cooks to maintain service quality.

In a fast-paced kitchen, you’ll uphold high food-safety standards, sustainability and waste minimisation while contributing to a collaborative, inclusive culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food.
• Technically strong with good organisational skills.
• Calm and focused during busy services.
• Supportive team player who enjoys developing others.

Responsabilités

• Run your section with confidence and consistency
• Prepare, cook and present dishes to Hawksmoor standards
• Manage mise en place, service and close down efficiently
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sustainability and waste minimisation
• Support and guide Commis Chefs on your section
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver seamless service
