Job summary

Harrods is seeking Festive Support Assistants for H beauty Lakeside on a 4-week fixed-term contract from end of November to December. Roles available full-time and part-time to support peak trading during the festive season.

You'll help customers find gifts, replenish stock, assist at tills, wrap gifts and keep the store looking its best, while promoting the My Beauty rewards programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure or beauty.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexible to work across different areas of the store during peak period.
• Punctual, professional and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor and at tills.
• Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
• Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities.
• Promote Harrods My Beauty rewards programme and collect customer feedback.
