• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure or beauty.
• Strong communication and customer service ethos.
• Willingness to support different store areas and peak trading days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist with festive gifting, product recommendations and enquiries.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
• Support with visual merchandising and keep the store well-presented.
• Assist with gifting services and seasonal activities.
• Promote My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support peak trading.
