Harrods is recruiting Festive Support Assistants for the H beauty Gateshead location. You will provide flexible support across multiple store areas, helping teams deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience during the busy festive period.

You may assist on the shop floor, replenish stock, help at the tills, wrap gifts and ensure the store looks its best. A positive attitude, teamwork and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure or beauty.
• Strong communication and confidence interacting with customers.
• Flexible to support different areas of the store and weekends/peak trading.
• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced festive period.
• Punctual and professional with a collaborative mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.
• Support customers with enquiries and product recommendations across beauty and gifting.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
• Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities.
• Promote the My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business to support peak trading.
