Job summary

Harrods is seeking Festive Support Assistants for a 4-week fixed-term contract at H beauty Lakeside. You'll provide flexible support across multiple areas, help customers, replenish stock, process tills, gift wrapping, and keep the store presented for peak trading.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors. As we prepare for our busiest and most exciting time of year, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Festive Support Assistants on a 4-week fixed-term contract from the end of November until the end of December at H beauty Lakeside. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time opportunities, making this an ideal role for candidates looking to gain experience in a luxury retail environment during the festive season. Whether you're helping customers find the perfect gift, replenishing stock, supporting at the tills, assisting with gift wrapping, or helping keep the store looking its very best, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional service Harrods is known for throughout the Christmas trading period.

About the Role

As a Festive Support Assistant, you'll provide flexible support across multiple areas of the store, helping our teams deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year. No two days will be the same. You may be supporting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, processing transactions at the tills, assisting with festive gifting, or ensuring our store remains beautifully presented and ready for trade.
