Job summary

You will coordinate customer shipments, update milestones, and collaborate with Customer Care Locations to guarantee service excellence and operational compliance across the network.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding processes and sea logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of customs requirements, shipment methods and Incoterms.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer shipments and update operational milestones.
• Assist with BPA and customs clearance preparation.
• Link sales quotations to shipments and ensure cost accuracy.
• Retrieve carrier rates and manage cost entry and accruals.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure gross profit on contracted freight and UK charges.
• Maintain timely milestones in operational systems.
