We have an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our team in Worcester. This role sits within Technology Delivery and is responsible for enabling a high-performing agile delivery team to deliver valuable outcomes through the effective application of Scrum principles, servant leadership and continuous improvement.
Working closely with your Product Owner, wider agile delivery team, key business and delivery stakeholders, you will help your team maximise delivery outcomes, remove impediments, manage dependencies and promote a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement. You will also ensure operational impacts, risks and dependencies are understood, communicated and effectively managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
On a typical day, you will facilitate Scrum events, coach agile practices and ways of working, monitor delivery performance metrics, support backlog refinement activities, remove delivery blockers, communicate delivery risks and progress, and work with stakeholders to ensure sustainable and effective delivery. Ultimately, you will use your delivery-focused mindset to help the team succeed, adapting your approach to meet the needs of the team and the challenges they face. You will also collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive consistency in agile ways of working across Technology.
