iO Associates in Bath is seeking a passionate Scrum Master to empower Agile teams, not merely manage them. You’ll coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and help deliver software that makes a real difference in a fast-growing tech environment.

The role is hybrid, with a focus on collaboration across Product, Engineering and stakeholders, facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement with Product Owners, and removing impediments to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting technical/software teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and team performance.
