Job summary

Reed is seeking a Screening Executive in Manchester for a hybrid role. You will pre-screen candidates for assignments, ensuring packs are accurate and complete, and perform checks including identity, qualifications, and credit where applicable.

You will also handle client and candidate communications to maintain smooth progression of candidate packs. The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across administrative tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and able to pick up new systems quickly.
• High levels of attention to detail to ensure documentation and packs pass quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information is complete for screening packs.
• Perform industry checks (credit, qualifications, identity).
• Verify work history and reference requests; assess business legitimacy.
• Support candidate packs through Reed Screening via calls and emails.
