Reed is seeking a Screening Executive in Manchester for a hybrid role requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role focuses on pre-screening candidates and performing checks to ensure packs meet quality standards for assignments with clients.

Strong admin, customer service and high attention to detail are essential. The role is based at New York Street, offering a blend of in-office and home-working as part of a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills and great attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that information is correct and present for a pack to enter into screening stage.
• Complete industry specific checks such as credit checks, qualification verifications, identity checks.
• Ensure documentation is present and correct to pass quality checks.
• Verify work history details, identify gaps, and verify business legitimacy; chase references.
• Provide front line assistance in administrative tasks to support candidate packs through Reed Screening via telephony and email.
