Noble Futures is seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to oversee the Scotland region for a growing animal health portfolio. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with veterinary practices and trade accounts while delivering value through tailored commercial solutions.

The successful candidate will navigate a diverse product range, travel four days per week within the territory, and enjoy an uncapped 25% bonus with pension and death in service benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in veterinary or animal health sales.
• Strong negotiation, business acumen and data-driven selling.
• Ability to build relationships with vets, practice managers and buyers.
• Experience managing a large, diverse product portfolio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Territory Growth by building and executing a robust business plan to hit sales and profit targets.
• Foster consultative relationships with veterinary practices and trade accounts.
• Lead high-impact promotions and rebate negotiations for key accounts.
• Educate veterinary teams with technical presentations and CPD sessions.
• Use CRM data to monitor performance and inform future product strategies.
