Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Sales Executive to cover Scotland from our Glasgow office. You will manage existing customers and learn to develop new ones, supported by colleagues to master consultative B2B sales.

You’ll work in a role combining customer service and commercial thinking, with training and coaching. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Scotland are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role in service-oriented sectors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with business customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored packaging solutions.
• Support existing accounts and learn to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and solutions.
• Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline progress and customer engagement.
• Aim for sales growth with training and coaching provided.
