Job summary

Macfarlane Packaging is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth across South Tyneside, Sunderland, Washington and County Durham. You’ll inherit a well-established customer base, manage key accounts, and pursue new business with an annual target around £200k.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, present tailored packaging solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a B2B sales role with experience managing accounts and securing new business.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and build lasting relationships with decision-makers.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and present tailored packaging solutions.
