Caludon Castle School is seeking a Science Technician to join our science faculty. This full‑time, permanent role provides essential support for teaching and learning in the science labs, helping teachers prepare materials and maintain equipment.

Term time only: 37 hours per week, including 5 teacher training days. Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8.00am–4.00pm, Friday 8.00am–3.30pm.
Salary: Grade 3 £25,185 – £26,403 full‑time equivalent (£21,854 – £22,911 pro‑rata).
We are looking for a science technician to join our successful and friendly science faculty. The overall purpose of the role is to complement the educational work of the faculty and provide effective support for the learning and teaching of science.
Qualifications: A‑level or equivalent in sciences, preferably with industrial or school laboratory experience. Candidates should demonstrate aptitude for science, excellent problem‑solving and organisational skills, and strong IT skills.
