Bath Spa University invites applications for the Schools Operations Administrator. This full-time fixed-term role supports designated Schools with professional administrative and management functions, reporting to the Schools Operations Manager.

The post requires building strong relationships with academics and professional services staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Position is a full-time fixed-term contract until January 2028 to cover maternity leave.

Responsabilités

• Oversee delivery of high quality administrative and management support for designated Schools.
• Support daily operations and liaise with Subject/Programme Leaders.
• Ensure compliance with University policies and regulations.
