Job summary

Reboot Recruit is seeking an experienced IT Engineer to support schools across Greater London with onsite and occasional office-based work. You will deliver hands-on technical support for end users, manage escalations, and contribute to projects that keep school IT running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Education sector experience in schools or MSPs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Desktop OS, Microsoft Office, and Windows Server.
• Understanding of WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
• Experience with cloud and core infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent communication with teaching staff and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to schools and resolve user issues.
• Manage escalations and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Support IT projects, deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Build and maintain relationships with key school stakeholders and staff.
