Job summary

Swim Wales is recruiting for a Nofio Ysgol Project Manager/Coordinator to support the delivery of a four-year Welsh Government-funded school swimming and water safety programme. The role involves coordinating activity, tracking progress, and ensuring inclusive delivery across Wales.

You will work with Swim Wales colleagues and external partners to monitor progress, gather data and prepare reports, briefings and presentations for leadership and funders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting delivery of multi-stakeholder projects/initiatives.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with competing priorities.
• Experience collecting, managing and analysing data to support reporting.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise reports, summaries and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation and monitoring of the programme plan and schedules.
• Coordinate communications with local authorities, schools, leisure operators and partners.
• Maintain programme records, databases and reporting systems; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist collection, validation and analysis of participation, outcomes and equality data.
• Produce dashboards and progress updates for stakeholders and governance groups.
• Support budget administration, procurement and partner funding processes.
