Active Care Group in Camborne is seeking a School Support Worker for term-time only, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, to assist a male pupil with complex health needs in school and at home.

You will join a consistent care team with planned rotas, receive induction training, DBS checks, and pension contributions, and benefit from a supportive leadership structure.

Our clients needs include wheelchair dependent and gastrostomy tube.**Shifts:*** **Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm*** **Term time only**In this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
