Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK is seeking a School Support Co-Ordinator to join our Schools Sales team. You will work with the Account Management group to support both new and existing customers across the education sector, promoting our portfolio of solutions including hardware, infrastructure, AV, licensing and managed services.

Collaborating with schools, academies and multi-academy trusts, you will help grow customer relationships, draft, edit and proofread proposals with the Partnership

Qualifications

• Essential: GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
• Essential: Minimum 2 years' experience in Business Development or External Sales role.
• Desirable: NVQ in Business and Communications.
• Desirable: NVQ in Selling Skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Partnership Managers with customer requests.
• In partnership with the Partnership Manager, build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, trusts and other education stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with internal pre-sales, technical and purchasing departments to create proposals with commercial and technical coverage.
• Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
• Support delivery of revenue and profit targets within the Schools division.
