Marchant Recruitment is supporting a welcoming secondary school in Stafford in their search for a dependable and energetic School Site Manager on a permanent, part-time basis starting immediately.

You will lead facilities management, ensure safety compliance, and work with the site team and leadership to keep the campus secure and well maintained, enabling a safe learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, school site management, or general maintenance.
• Solid understanding of building upkeep, statutory compliance, and health and safety regulations.
• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo processing, and be authorized to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general site upkeep, maintenance, and facilities management.
• Ensure full statutory compliance, health guidelines, and safety protocols are strictly met.
• Coordinate projects and troubleshoot maintenance issues with a resourceful, hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with school staff and provide effective leadership to the site team.
