Marchant Recruitment is seeking a dependable School Site Manager for a welcoming secondary school in Solihull. The role is permanent and part-time, starting immediately. You will lead facilities management, ensuring a secure, clean, and well-maintained campus for students and staff.

You will work closely with the site team and senior leadership to keep daily operations running smoothly, with a proactive, hands-on approach and a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, school site management, or general maintenance is preferred.
• Solid understanding of building upkeep, statutory compliance, and health and safety regulations.
• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to undergo processing) and be authorized to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general site upkeep, maintenance, and facilities management.
• Ensure full statutory compliance, health guidelines, and safety protocols are strictly met.
• Coordinate projects and troubleshoot maintenance issues with a resourceful, hands-on approach.
• Collaborate with school staff and provide effective leadership to the site team.
