Grove Vale Primary School is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to maintain a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors. You will oversee day-to-day facilities, security, and contractor management, ensuring buildings and grounds are fit for purpose.

The role requires experience in site management or facilities, practical maintenance and DIY skills, and a good grasp of health and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Experience in site management, maintenance, or caretaking role.
• Experience supervising or monitoring staff.
• Practical maintenance and DIY skills.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements including COSHH and fire safety.

Responsabilidades

• Manage security, locking/unlocking, alarms and CCTV.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate contractors and external service providers.
• Supervise cleaning staff and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Support health and safety compliance and maintain records.
• Manage minor repairs and site improvement projects.
• Monitor utilities and promote energy efficiency.
• Work with school leaders for smooth day-to-day operations.
