Responsibilities

• Ensuring the security and safety of the school site.
• Maintaining buildings, grounds and outdoor facilities to a high standard.
• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs and caretaker duties.
• Monitoring and maintaining fire, water and health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with contractors and external agencies.
• Managing waste disposal and site cleanliness.
• Responding to emergencies, including out-of-hours alarm activations.
• Maintaining equipment and undertaking porterage duties as required.
