In our welcoming and happy primary school, there is a vacancy for an Office Manager who is calm, friendly and professional. Duties include; attending to queries from parents, children and other visitors, attendance, some financial dealing, providing administrative support, including the input of data onto Arbor and some health and safety responsibilities. Administering basic first aid is also required in this role.
IT skills and experience with Arbor are essential.
Hours: 8.00am - 4.00pm with 45 min break (36.25 hours per week, term time)
