Job summary

West Coventry Academy is seeking a reliable Reprographics & Media Technician to join our support staff. You will manage the reprographics service and produce high-quality materials to support teaching and learning, while providing general administrative support to the school office.

The role requires IT literacy, experience with reprographics or print equipment, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests in a busy environment with good customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with reprographics or print equipment.
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and print software.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the academy's reprographics service
• Producing high-quality printed materials for teaching and learning
• Managing printing, photocopying, binding and finishing of documents
• Maintaining reprographics equipment and liaising with suppliers for servicing and maintenance
• Providing general administrative support to the school office
• Supporting the preparation and distribution of school communications, letters and documentation
• Working collaboratively with the wider administrative team to support the effective running of the school
