The Reprographics Technician contributes to the delivery of a reliable, high-quality and efficient in-house print and production service for the School. As part of the IT Department, thereprographics and print functionsupportsteaching, learning, administration, events andthewider life of theSchoolthrough the timelyproductionofprintedmaterials. Working under the direction of the Reprographics Manager, the roleis involved in producinga wide range ofhigh-qualityitems including booklets, teaching resources, programmes for School productions and plays, posters, handouts, event collateral, exam-related materials and other professionally finished printed work.
The role provides additional capacity within this core service and offers the opportunity to develop practical competence in print production, finishing, customer service, equipment use, basic file preparation, materials selection and quality assurance. During the first 12 months, the postholder will be supported to build their confidence and independence through supervised workplace experience, practical guidance and day-to-day involvement in reprographics work.
