Job summary

West Coventry Academy is seeking a reliable Reprographics & Media Technician to join our supportive staff team. The role focuses on managing the reprographics service and producing high-quality printed and digital materials to support teaching and learning.

You will also provide general administrative support to the main school office and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. The successful candidate should be highly organised, able to manage multiple requests and deadlines, and

Qualifications

• Experience of working with reprographics or print equipment.
• IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and print software.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple requests and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Has strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible and willing to support a range of administrative functions within the school office.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operation of the academy’s reprographics service.
• Producing high-quality printed materials for teaching and learning.
• Managing printing, photocopying, binding and finishing of documents.
• Maintaining reprographics equipment and liaising with suppliers for servicing and maintenance.
• Providing general administrative support to the school office.
• Supporting the preparation and distribution of school communications, letters and documentation.
• Working collaboratively with the wider administrative team to support the effective running of the school.
