Job summary

Westminster School is seeking a Reprographics Technician to manage print production, workflow and equipment for our busy school environment. You will support teachers and staff, maintain printers and finishing devices, and ensure high-quality output for public-facing materials and events.

The role is full-time, on-site in London, with term-time hours and additional Saturday patterns. Competitive pay and on-site meals are offered.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the reprographics workflow, including job intake, preparation, production, finishing and quality checks
• Support staff with routine print requests and seek guidance from the Reprographics Manager where advice on formats, materials or finishing options is required
• Carry out minor layout or file preparation tasks to help ensure files are print-ready and high-quality
• Check finished materials for presentation, durability and accuracy for public-facing events
• Operate digital production printers, multifunction devices and finishing equipment used for cutting, binding, folding and booklet production
• Set up, adjust and safely operate finishing machinery after training
• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on reprographics and finishing equipment
• Monitor output quality, consumables usage and escalate issues as needed
• Provide routine guidance to teachers and staff on using print equipment safely and effectively
