Job summary

Plympton Academy is seeking a casual Reprographics Assistant to join the team. The role focuses on managing print requests, producing reports and booklets, laminating and binding, and monitoring photocopying usage.

You will also be responsible for stock control, ordering supplies, and training staff and pupils on equipment. Hours: 08:00–12:00, Monday to Friday in a busy school setting.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and train staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage reprographics service and daily printing/distribution of materials.
• Reproduce information, reports and booklets including printing, photocopying, laminating and binding.
• Carry out maintenance on reprographic equipment and arrange repairs as needed.
• Produce monthly totals for department photocopying.
• Place stock orders and maintain stock control.
• Advise and train staff and pupils on equipment use.
• Ensure secure storage of supplies.
