Job summary

St. Aubyn’s School is seeking a Reprographics Assistant to provide a high-quality reprographics service across the School.

You will prepare printed and physical resources for teaching and support staff, including photocopying, printing, collating and laminating, while working in an educational environment with frequent interaction with pupils. The role includes production planning, cost monitoring, equipment maintenance and collaboration with the Performing Arts and other departments.

Qualifications

• General education including competent written English and numeracy.
• Training in the safe use of reprographics, display-making or production equipment.
• Experience managing administrative, production or printing tasks to deadlines.
• Experience prioritising multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a central reprographics service for teaching and support staff, including photocopying, printing, scanning, laminating, guillotining and other resource-production tasks.
• Prepare teaching resources, worksheets, booklets, assessment materials, programmes and forms for printing.
• Handle confidential documents with appropriate discretion and security.
• Monitor printing volumes, costs and usage, and produce regular reports.
• Assist with drama productions and creative projects, including props and displays.
