Job summary

Waterfield Primary School, part of The Collegiate Trust, is seeking a Premises Manager to keep our buildings, site and grounds safe, secure, clean and well maintained. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll lead on premises health and safety, statutory compliance, security, maintenance and contractor management, and you'll work closely with the Principal and the Trust Estates Team.

• Practical maintenance experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience in a school or similar setting is desirable.
• Ability to stay calm and organised when things go wrong.
