Royal Docks Academy is seeking a Premises Manager to maintain a safe, secure and well‑kept environment for students and staff. You will oversee maintenance, health and safety, compliance, security and cleaning, and lead the premises team while liaising with the Trust’s Estates & Facilities group.

The role requires solid health & safety knowledge, experience in relevant trades, and strong people skills to manage staff and external contractors. A school or complex site background is highly valued.

Qualificações

• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety.
• Understanding of a trade such as plumbing, electrical, painting or decorating is desirable and essential.
• Experience in a school or complex environment is preferred.
• Excellent people skills and ability to manage a team and external contractors.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver a high standard of service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day management of the school’s premises and facilities.
• Manage maintenance, health and safety, compliance, security and cleaning.
• Lead the premises team and work with the Trust’s Estates & Facilities team.
• Coordinate with school leaders and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
