Waterfield Primary School in England is seeking a dedicated Premises Manager to keep our buildings, site and grounds safe, secure, clean and well maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. In this full-time, permanent role you’ll lead on health and safety, compliance, security, maintenance and contractor management, working closely with the Principal and Estates Team.

You will carry out inspections and minor repairs, manage contractors, and act as a key holder.

Qualificações

• Practical maintenance experience.
• Good working knowledge of health and safety.
• Experience in a school or similar setting preferred; training provided for minibus driving.

Responsabilidades
