Job summary

Castlebridge School, part of the Special Partnership Trust, is seeking a dedicated Premises Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our school site and help ensure an exceptional learning environment for our pupils. You will play a key role in maintaining the safety, security and operational effectiveness of the school.

Qualifications

• Has practical experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Understands health and safety responsibilities, including fire safety procedures.
• Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Can work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Is reliable, conscientious and committed to high standards.
• Has good communication and IT skills.
• Is flexible and able to respond to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Acting as joint key holder and supporting site security.
• Managing routine maintenance and reporting major building defects.
• Maintaining health and safety, fire safety and COSHH records.
• Supporting site inspections and health and safety compliance.
• Coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Monitoring the condition of school grounds and facilities.
• Assisting with school events and operational requirements.
