The King Alfred School in Highbridge is seeking a dynamic School Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Headteacher, you will act as the vital link between our school and the Pathway Trust Central Team, ensuring day-to-day operations are seamless, compliant and fully support our vision of a great education for every child.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Building relationships with the Headteacher, Leadership Team, Partnership Team leads and school staff; plus handling external contracts.
• Effective written, verbal and in-person communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring systems and processes for reporting and contingency planning; first point of contact for facilities, recruitment and People team.
• Coordinate critical school records, support safeguarding matters and data protection, and manage the site estate team and admin team.
