Job summary

The King Alfred School is seeking a dynamic School Operations Manager to join our team in Somerset. You will bridge the school and the Pathway Trust, ensuring day-to-day operations are compliant, efficient and aligned with our educational goals.

The role focuses on facilities, administration, HR and event coordination to maximise school resources. Reporting to the Headteacher, you will work with the Leadership Team and Partners to implement robust processes, safeguard procedures and data
