Elm Grove Primary School in Brighton is seeking a School Office Administrator to join our busy admin team on a fixed-term basis. The role runs 28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00–15:30 with a 30-minute lunch break, term-time plus inset days.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated School Office Administrator, to join our busy team as soon as possible.
Hours: 28 hours per week. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am to 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Term time – required to work inset days.
Paid weeks per year:45.05 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
Fixed term:12 months with a view to making a permanent position.
Start date:19th October 2026
