Drapers’ Multi-Academy Trust is seeking an organised, proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our busy primary school office, working closely with the Principal and senior leaders.
The role requires excellent organisation and communication, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience in a school office; SIMs experience is highly desirable. Visits to the school are essential as part of the application process.
We are looking to appoint an organised, proactive and approachable Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our busy primary school office. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with the Principal, senior leaders and wider school team, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of the school, support and coordinate the administrative team, and provide a professional and welcoming service to pupils, parents, staff and visitors. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring someone who can use their initiative, remain calm under pressure and contribute positively to the wider life and ethos of the school. Previous experience in a school office or a similar role would be highly desirable, along with experience of using SIMs or a similar information management system.
