Aspens Services is seeking a Chef Manager in Mansfield to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead the kitchen, manage GP and costs, and deliver high-quality meals that engage pupils and staff.

You will oversee menu development, promote monthly promotions, ensure health and safety standards, and coach a high-performing team. Monday to Friday during term-time, 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, with excellent development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong GP management
• Proven leadership of kitchen teams
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in menu planning and quality control
• Valid UK driving licence
