Aspens Services in Nottingham is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will drive GP management, lead a kitchen team, and oversee menu development to boost sales and quality.

The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule during term time (35 hours/week, 39 weeks/year) with apprenticeship and training opportunities, and a DBS disclosure as part of safeguarding commitments.

Qualifications
