Job summary

Key duties include support escalations, diagnosing Windows/M365 issues, deploying hardware/software, cloud migrations, backup and network health monitoring, and liaising with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support background.
• Solid operational knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and basic switch/router troubleshooting.
• Exceptional problem-solving mindset with clear, professional communication.
• Capable of working autonomously while supporting wider team goals.
• Driven to learn and expand technical competencies in a busy corporate setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle 1st and 2nd line support escalations through the ticketing platform and desktop interventions.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, M365 tenant, and local connectivity glitches.
• Deploy, patch, and provision new hardware assets and software packages.
• Contribute to upcoming cloud migrations, office tech moves, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Monitor backup integrity, server health, and foundational network security parameters.
• Document recurring technical issues and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and internal departments on cross-functional IT initiatives.
